This easter long weekend holds a powerful invitation 🐣
No matter your religion, what cannot be denied is life’s sacred cycle of duality:
Death & rebirth. Descent & rise. Darkness & light.
One cannot exist without the other.
Good Friday marks the ending.
The descent.
The surrender.
The pain & sacrifice that this human-ing journey often brings.
Maybe for you, it’s the quiet death of an old identity?
A version of you that once felt true, but now feels restrictive, or outdated?
A part of you that protected, performed, pleased of pushed…
or even kept you small & safe, but can no longer walk with you into your next chapter because you know deep down that you are meant for more.
It’s in this space that you are invited:
To sit in the discomfort, the mess, the void & unknowing…
And trust—blindly that something new is coming.
That space? It’s not easy.
It feels heavy - because it is.
And there's no saying how long it can last.
But the truth is: rebirth can only come after the dark has been fully experienced.
Accepted, met, allowed & felt.

And then… after that perceived fall, Easter Sunday arrives.
The rise.
The return.
The rebirth.
We can’t skip ahead & only experience light, happiness, peace & ease.
That is a denial of the full range of our human experience.
We must trust.
Like a snake shedding her skin—not because she’s broken, unworthy or old. But because this is the cycle - she’s grown. She’s evolving. And the road ahead calls for a new layer of skin — One that can support who she’s becoming.
In this sacred work of becoming, we must first unbecome who we needed to be to survive.
Allowing what no longer serves to shed, like the 🐍.
Not fixing. Not fighting.
Just remembering - that even here you are the light in the dark.
That to rise, we must sometimes first fall.
To believe that the void, the mess, the uncertainty… all hold the seeds of something new & more aligned.
And this is the essence of my Mid-Year Women’s Retreat.
We meet on the shortest day of the year when darkness is longest, the air is coldest - gathering in Bowral, NSW 20–22nd June, to remember:
Your light.
Together, we’ll meet with other soul-led women, shedding what no longer fits you, honouring who you have been to get here today & creating space for your becoming.
All of you is welcome here.
Your resurrection is coming.
But first… we honour the shedding.
